    1. A great quick read and pick me up when you are feeling down. The book is filled with quotes only making it easy to finish within 30 minutes. There are quotes that I love such as, "Out of suffering have emerged the strongest souls," E. H. Chapin. There are also quotes that weren't my favorite such as, "oh courage oh yes! If only one had that," Henrik Ibsen. The book that I have has a textured cover made with handmade paper which according to the back of the book from mulberry trees with real flow [...]
